Utility Star Platinum system provided us the integrated IT solution we were looking for. The software provided advanced work order management and integration to the meter reading handheld solution. It also provided us with an advanced customer information management where billing, usage, movement histories are all recorded and stored permanently. Utility Star Platinum has a sophisticated account setup system that provided the ability to setup service address with multiple meter connection at different physical locations. It also provided true energy tracking and cost analysis ability through its unique data storing architecture and reporting ability. Now we are able to track in great detail how much energy is used at each location, and how much each area is costing the utility. This enables us to quickly run cost analysis and identify any inefficiencies right from the system.
I also want to thank you technical staff for their courteous services and technical support. They are not only very knowledgeable with the system, but also possess an understanding of the utility industry that helped us meet our challenges. They are there for us when we needed help.
